If your package is delayed, it may be because I’m balancing college life and taking time off during the holidays. Additionally, the post office will be closed during the holiday season, which may further impact shipping times. I appreciate your understanding and patience. Rest assured, any orders placed during this period will be shipped as soon as I return from my break, and you’ll receive a notification once your package is on its way.

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2-4 days after shipping. For pre-orders, the production period is approximately 2-3 weeks, ensuring each item meets our high-quality standards. Once production is complete and the order is shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2-4 days. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details to stay updated on your order’s progress every step of the way.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make sure that the is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To help us achieve this, we kindly request that you return the in the same condition it was shipped to you. This means that the product should be in its original packaging, with accessories and documentation included. Lost/Damaged Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at 605-400-4677 We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund. Should your package arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or offer a refund based on the situation.
